Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation

  • Orders placed after cut-off time may be delivered the next working day

Delivery Issues
If the customer is unavailable at the delivery address, re-delivery may incur extra charges or the order may be canceled.

Refund Policy

We keep refunds simple and fair.

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Item missing from the order

Refund Process

  • Customer must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue are mandatory

Non-Refundable Items

  • Fresh produce (vegetables, fruits) once accepted

  • Opened or used items

  • Once the order is packed or out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed

Order Cancellation by Store
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Delivery area restrictions

In such cases, full refund will be issued automatically.
