ShopLocalHubVendor Terms and Commission
Clear and fair rules for every shop on ShopLocalHub.
Payments
Customers pay vendors directly. ShopLocalHub does not hold vendor sales money.
Commission
10% of each vendor’s total sales for the month. A bill is generated at the end of the month from completed orders, and is paid by the due date on the bill.
Approval
New shops are reviewed before going live. Approved vendors get a unique Vendor ID, and their products go live as soon as they are added.
Vendor responsibilities
Give correct product details, prices and stock. Fulfil orders on time. Keep your Vendor ID private, because anything done with it counts as done by you. Customers can request a return within 24 hours of delivery and you receive the request on Telegram. No returns or exchanges are accepted after 24 hours.
ShopLocalHub may remove products or pause shops that break these rules.
